In your arrivals module you will see a list of arrivals within a selected time period, ordered by the closest check-in date.
On the screenshot below, for example, we can see that the booking #2017-0038 has 4 guests and they all arrive on Sat 7 Oct.
But what happens if one of these guests arrives on a different day than the rest of the group?
Let's imagine that the guest 'Hugo Lait' arrives on the 8th Oct, instead of the 7th.
Then Hugo is not shown on the arrivals list anymore:
How to show odd arrivals in the arrivals list:
1. Go to Accounts > Frontoffice > Customer Portal and enables 'odd arrivals':
2. Go to a booking that has an odd arrival and click on Update Guest > Transfer Information. Enter the corresponding early arrival day.
After you save this info, the guest ('Hugo Lait') will be listed under 'odd arrivals':
Please note that the same logic applies to 'Odd departures'.
