Before assigning a staff member to the calendar, you first need to create them as users in the system (please refer to this article).
After having created your users, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Planning module.
2. Click on the Staff view.
3. Click on the calendar slots you want to assign a staff member to.
4. Click on assign a staff member.
5. Select the staff member.
After clicking on Save, Bookinglayer will automatically assign the staff member to the slot you previously selected.
