How to set up your Frontoffice.
1. Click on the Settings module on the left side menu.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. Notice the Frontoffice category on the left hand side and all the sections related to it.
Frontoffice settings - an overview.
In this section you can design the layout of your booking form, in terms of categories and promoted items. Click on the Add categories button and categorize your items accordingly (for example - "Accommodation", "Packages", etc). The "Promoted Items" box will be permanently pinned here but it is not necessary to use it.
Once you have created your categories, you can add your inventory items to the applicable group.
Add a photo to each category by clicking on the edit button next to the category name.
For more details on the Layout see this article.
2. Form Fields
The Form Fields are what a customer fills out when making a booking. The email address, first and last name are pinned here so that your booking form will always require at least these three fields. Add and remove any fields from the right column to the left.
You can select a required field by checking the tick-box, this means the user will not be able to proceed without entering details into this field.
If you want to add custom fields please refer to this article.
Tip: Try to keep your Booking Form as simple as possible to avoid having customers drop-off in the middle of the booking process. You can also send the Booking Manager URL any time after a booking is done, with all relevant fields you want your guests to fill out. (Learn how to send the Booking Manager URL here).
For more details on Form Fields see this article.
3. Check Out
In this section you can disable the check out process. This means that every booking that you receive will come as a requested status, and you would have to manually confirm each one of them.
Notice that this setting overrules the confirmation setting (Automatic or Manual) of your inventory items.
Upload your company logo for this to show in the header of the booking form.
5. Languages & Currencies
Turn on the languages or currencies that you want to display your booking form in. Your default language and currency will be permanently set to "on".
If your required different languages or currencies from the ones available, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
