You can add notes to a guest's booking in cases of special requests or reminders.
For example a guest may have a birthday or be on a honeymoon and staff need to be reminded to purchase a gift to put in their room for arrival.
Steps to add notes to a booking:
1. Click on the Bookings module on the left side menu.
2. Select the booking you want to add a note to.
3. Click on the Notes tab.
4. Click on the Add a Note button.
5. Write a note.
6. Set the due date.
7. Assign which staff member needs to receive this note and they will receive an email reminder 1 day prior to the due date. If no reminder is required then you can leave the note unassigned.
8. Click on the Save button.
